GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

Before you sign.

A few things to know before your appointment.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring the document with its information completed, any instructions from the receiving agency, and a current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. Every person whose signature is being notarized should attend. Confirm identification requirements in advance.

Should I sign my document beforehand?

It’s best to wait until your appointment unless instructed otherwise. Some notarial acts require you to sign in the notary’s presence. An acknowledgment may involve a signature already made, so the requirement depends on the act your document needs.

Which areas do you serve?

Noblesville and nearby communities, including Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, and Cicero. Share your location when planning so the meeting location and any travel arrangements can be confirmed.

How much does notarization cost?

Confirm the total fee before your appointment. The amount depends on the notarial acts required and any agreed travel arrangements. The planner does not provide a price quote or collect payment.

Can a notary choose or prepare a legal document?

A notary commission does not authorize legal advice, document preparation, or choosing a notarial act for you. Ask the receiving agency or a qualified legal professional which document and notarial act you need.

Does the appointment planner reserve a time?

No. It helps you organize your preferred service, location, and date. An appointment is only booked after Brayden confirms the details directly. Dates shown in the planner are preferences, not live availability. The planner prepares an email for you to review and send to Brayden.
